[Mars] Post conference

The first question is, who else is on this list?  Can everyone respond so we can get a head count and indicate what area of the state you live in.

I can help organize things, assuming there is some interest.  I would suggest a meeting near Titusville or Cocoa, I think there are a few space people in that area.

In Michigan we had monthly meetings and tried to promote the Mars Society and its ideas.  This was done mainly by contacting Senators and Congressmen to convince them to support NASA in a mission to Mars.  We would also have a booth at events (such as science fairs) to let the general public know the MS existed and recruit new members.  Other ideas we could try, but take more time and effort are, going to schools to get the kids and teachers interested in Mars.

If anyone is interested in going to MDRS we need to start planning soon, I think they start to assign missions soon.

So lets hear from everyone and discuss interests.
